9Days Mardi Himal Yoga Trek Itinerary
Our Company Staff will pick you up at the airport and transfer to Hotel. You will be briefed about the Yoga Trek Itinerary and Practice. Overnite in Kathmandu

Today you need to wake up early for immediate breakfast and with our staff will go to Bus Terminal to

leave for Pokhara. The overland trip will take 6-7hrs if there is no traffic and can be more longer hours if

traffic during the way. Reaching Pokhara by afternoon. Overnite in Pokhara

After Breakfast at hotel, you will drive 1 hr from Pokhara to Khade. You are welcome by the beautiful

views of villages and greeny hills along the treks. Start from Khade, you will continue trek to Pothana

and directly to Deurali. The Endemic Flora rodhodendrone will be all along the way of your trek. After 5-6

hrs trek you will reach Deurali. Yoga Pranayama and Meditation will be done in the evening. Stay

Overnite in Deurali

Today our Yoga Asana Practice begins in the morning before breakfast. Surya Namaskar Series and

warming up Asanas will be very good for your physical body warm-up before you start to continue trek to

Low Camp which will ltake around 6-7hrs walk but the beautiful landscap and scenic view on the

trekking trails will make you forget about your walk duration. Yoga Meditation & Pranayama will be

conducted in the evening before Dinner in Teahouse. Overnite in Low Camp
