Overview
To hold a confirmed reservation for the contracted services, a 20% advance payment is required. The remaining balance can be paid before your departure from your country or after you arrive in Nepal, but it must be done before the services begin. Based on the type of services to be provided and the amount of time left before the services begin, we reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment.

In addition to the aforementioned, full payment may be required in particular situations, such as when making special hotel or resort reservations at the busiest time of the year.
You must put down 30% of the advance money for peak climbing. You must make the advance payment as part of the booking process due to an early payment of the operating agreement.

The Payment Method
In advance: You must deposit 20% of the total cost into our bank account for trekking and tours and 30% for peak climbing after the scheduled trip.
Full Payment: You may pay the entire cost in Cash in advance after arriving in Kathmandu.
Regulations for Cancellations
If a tour or travel service is canceled for any foreseeable or unforeseen reason, we must be notified in writing. If we receive a properly stated justification for cancellation, we don't charge any cancellation fees.
Free of charge (apart from the deposit)

If you don't want to cancel your trip because of an emergency and will be joining the trip later, you can postpone it.

If you decide to cancel your trip after it has begun, your reimbursement will be limited and will also depend on how much money we can get back from the hotels we use. Refunds for unused hotel stays, arranged transportation, skipped meals, etc. are not our responsibility.
Refund
When it comes to refunds for paid-for but not used services, the amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy mentioned above, and the money will be returned to the person who paid us in accordance with that calculation. The refund processing could take 2-4 weeks due to banking regulations. Bank fees will be deducted from the return amount, whether it is applied to the credit card balance or the bank account.
